A new Physical Education Facility and associated works, approximately 3,000 sq metres at: St Mary MacKillop College Campus at Wanniassa ACT RM6940605 and Construction of a new Performing Arts Centre and associated works, approximately 2,000 sq metres at: St Mary MacKillop College Campus at Isabella Plains ACT Your submission with be assessed based upon the following criteria: Corporate profile & capability statement 1. 2. Successful completion of school projects of a similar size and scale, 3. Experience in working within a live school environment, 4. Project capacity for 2023 5. The resources to deliver the project including nominated Key Personnel 6. Construction experience in the control of cost and time issues 7. Current References A short list will be selected from the submissions received and five firms will be invited to Tender early 2023 on each separate project.
