Our journey with food started when our head chef Ankit joined one of the most iconic hotels in India, The Taj, as chef in 2006. After working there in India for 6 years, he moved to Australia in 2014 and have worked in several iconic restaurants as head chef since then. In 2019, he opened a café & bistro in Eaglehawk and served the community travelling between Sydney and Canberra. After acquiring vast experience in cooking and serving, he decided to open his own Indian restaurant in Canberra and serve the local community, the original flavour. He discussed the idea with his family and opened their first restaurant Gravy ’N’ More in Kingston.
We are the first one in Canberra to introduce the pizzas in traditional Indian flavours. Indian Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken Pizza, Paneer Tikka Masala are amongst the few to choose from. You will find the taste in each slice you will bite. The pizzas are baked on wood oven to add that smokey flavour and retain the taste. The range of pizzas have been selected from amongst the favourite Indian flavours which Australians love.
