Hello! We’re Yellow Bridge. We’re a registered NDIS provider supporting those living with disabilities throughout Canberra and the surrounds. Founder and Director, Muhammad Rahman has been serving the Canberra community since 2010 through various roles. He has worked for Care and Protection, Youth Justice and with those experiencing mental health issues. He started his journey as a Disability Support Worker back in 2010, while also working with dementia patients. He then transitioned to a position as a Support Coordinator in 2014, where he continued working with people experiencing mental health issues. He specialises in working alongside individuals with psychosocial disabilities that have complex support needs (both physical and psychological). With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) Degree and over a decade of experience, Muhammad has both the skills and expertise to aptly support those with disabilities. He works closely with each participant to help them achieve their goals around independent living. He takes a strength-based approach while working with vulnerable individuals, and believes in their potential to thrive with the right support. He brings together a mix of natural and mainstream supports to funded support, while finding creative solutions in order to maximise the outcome.
