Underground Spirits was born out of a desire to take long-held spirits making processes, innovate and improve them, never giving up on the pursuit of perfection. After much experimentation, our unique sub zero, sub micron cryofiltration process was invented which eliminates impurities for a smooth finish in all the spirits we produce. At Underground Spirits we source local, high-quality ingredients and pure spring water from the Snowy Mountains, this along with our truly unique cryofiltration process produces some of the world's best vodkas and gins.
