Canberra's experts in design, planning and construction of secondary residences and detached additions for your property. Our mission is to serve the needs of our Canberra-based customers by building world-class Secondary Residences and residential home extensions. Our team of 20+ employees are accountable for the entire five (5) key stages, from design to planning approvals, inclusions, interior design, and building – we manage this process in house. Because we have employees that own each stage of the process, we can plan and budget, enabling us to provide a fixed price quality agreement. The design process allows customers to custom design what they want or select from one of the 250+ we have previously designed and built in Canberra. Our inclusions process is allowance based but does not restrict choice or selections for clients. Because we do not receive any supplier rebates or are tied to national chains, we are not compromised by limited customer supplier or product component choices. All our staff strive to be world-class experts in the stream they are accountable for. And while mistakes are sometimes made, our experience helping 300 Canberra customers in this niche building field has enabled us to continually improve and hone our systems.
